Most of the rent reforms that were recently enacted don’t apply to landlords of 1-4 families. However, there was a provision saying that the “Tenant Blacklist” has been banned. Now, this ban really makes no sense because bad tenants should be highlighted. But, there is an overall question if the new law really has any teeth.
